Titan Labs Pro Whey is instantized. This means that if you don’t have a shaker and cant reach the blender simply add to a glass filled with approx.. 200-300ml water or low fat milk mix it up with a spoon. Stir for 20 seconds or undil powder is dissolved.
Carrying a shaker is the ideal method to get a dose of Titan Labs Whey after your workout. Just add one rounded scoop of Titan Pro Whey (+-30g) to your shaker, add approximately 200-300ml of water or similar beverage of your choice and shake until powder is dissolved.
Add one rounded scoop Titan Labs Pro Whey to a blender filled with water or low fat milk or similar beverage of your choice and blend it for 20 – 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved.
